BOSON Abrasives GHSS series honing tools are developed for used on Sunnen SV10, SV20, CK21, CV616 honing machine for engine blocks honing. The honing head consist three to four sets of six or eight spring loaded stone holders, which utilize CBN or diamond honing stones.

GHSS-4410 Honing Tools are for bore diameter range from 112.01mm – 140.72mm (4.41 inch ~ 5.54 inch), This honing tools use precision CBN and diamond honing stones in metal bond to provide fast cycle times.

GHSS-1480 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 37.59mm – 49.78mm (1.48″~1.96″)

GHSS-1950 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 49.53mm – 62.99mm (1.95″~2.48″)

GHSS-2440 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 61.97mm – 71.88mm (2.44″~2.83″)

GHSS-2800 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 71.12mm – 90.42mm (2.80″~3.56″)

GHSS-3410 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 86.61mm – 112.77mm (3.41″~4.44″)
